· Protection degree IP65;

· Delivered with cable H05VV-F, H07RN-F, or without

cable;

· The reels delivered by us with cable are equipped

with cable fastening socks suitable

to the installed cable;

· Suitable to recoil cables from 1 to 24 conductors,

with max. length 53 m.,

· Delivered with 2,5 m. incoming cable;

· Working temperature: -5°C/+50°C;

· Max. recoiling speed: 40 m./minute;

· Collector insulating power 2,5 KV.

REEL INSTALLATION METHODS

• For correct operation of the cable reels, it is necessary

to take into account how they will be installed and how

they will have to work

• The cable or hose must always enter centrally as to the

reel outlet with no sharp edges, and without scraping

against walls or edges.

• These cable reels are to be considered components of

a complex whole. Consider a suitable amperometric pro-

tection at the top of the reel considering the most unfa-

vourable condition, viz, with cable completely wound. This

protection must interrupt all the phases, but not earth

contact in case of anomaly or extra electrical input. Un-

ipolar models are suitable for earthing.

SYSTEMES D’INSTALLATION DE L’ENROULEUR

• Pour un correct fonctionnement des enrouleurs il est in-

dispensable tenir compte du moyen avec lequel ils seront

installés pour travailler

• Le câble ou tuyau doit toujours rentrer dans le point cen-

tral de la bouche de l’enrouleur, sans angles aigus et sans

frotter contre parois ou arêtes.

• Ces enrouleurs sont des components d’un ensemble

complexe. Prévoir une protection ampèremétrique conve-

nable en amont de l’enrouleur qui doit tenir compte de

la condition la plus défavorable, c’est à dire avec câble

tout enroulé. Cette protection dot interrompre toutes les

phases, mais non la terre en cas de anomalie ou de ab-

sorption excessive. Les modèles unipolaires sont conve-

nables pour la mise à terre.
